SKSWood Sdn Bhd is a registered Bruneian joint venture entity comprising of three companies, namely: Syarikat_Kejuteraan_Sistematik_Sdn_Bhd (SKS); Petrokon_Utama_Sdn_Bhd (PUSB); and Wood_Group_PSN_PLC (WGPSN), an international energy services company based in the United Kingdom.

In December 2003, SKSWood was awarded an integrated services contract by the Brunei_Shell_Petroleum (BSP). As a major contractor for BSP, our core business activities include the construction and maintenance of offshore facilities.

SKSWood strives to provide the best training and development programmes for its staff, especially to its local employees. In terms of the linkage to national operations, graduate SKSWood representatives are given the opportunity to join Wood Group's international graduate development scheme. The deciding factor for this relies on the individual's talents and drive.

We have also been granted by BSP an additional contract to design, procure and install subsea water injection pipelines for water injection into the Champion South East field reservoirs. The total length of these three high-pressured pipelines is 7.6 kilometres.
