29th April 2009, Wednesday - SKSWood hosted the quarterly regional HSE forum at the Plaza Sutera Biru. This forum aims to share learnings on HSE aspects within the regional group. The regional group consists of partners from Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Present at the forum were Dave Holland (Mustang, Perth), Lee Desmond (Pressure Control, Singapore), Zainal Yusof (JP Kenny, Malaysia), Gary Tassell (SKSWood General Manager), Agus Saeful Maarif (WG Indonesia) and Prabakar Kumar (SKSWood HSE Manager).
The main points of discussion were on frontline focus from the Australian division, high pressure safety from the Singapore division and land transport experience in Malaysia, whilst Prabakar Kumar elaborated on HSE systems and implementation in SKSWood.

A site visit to the MCY was on the schedule to highlight the existing safety aspects and practices. The guests appreciated the efforts of SKSWood in frontline focus, particularly on the HSE plan (annual corporate HSE activities) and tracking (PAKATs, management visits, inspections, training and the like, which will be reflecting on BSP HSE elements and management system, including WG HSE initiatives) and frontline initiatives captured on HSE plan for SKSWood.
