A HSE supervisory workshop was held at the Serikandi Restaurant. The two-days workshop accommodated over 50 participants.
The workshop seeks to develop their supervisory skills and update all supervisors offshore and onshore of new HSE initiatives for 2010.
Dr. Jess Revalo, Manager ATDC, Seria, was invited to deliver the supervisory exercise session. The agenda included group exercises on presentation skills and highlighted methods of inoffensive approaches in raising PAKATs.
Prabakar delivered the ‘Do The Right Thing’ campaign in line with HSE’s theme of the month for year 2010. Also the New initiatives in HSE such as New Pakat incentives, Coaching packs, BSP Quarterly themes for 2010, HSE focus areas for 2010, and such were highlighted.
Closing the days of workshops, all participants signed their understanding and commitment to HSE on the ‘Do The Right Thing’ in respective of their work categories.
The two-days event was hosted by Operations & HSE departments, SKSWood, led by Michael James (Operations Manager), Gerald Sim (Sr. Construction Coord.), Hj. Abdul Samat Hj. Talip (Superintendent) and Prabakar Kumar (HSE Manager) and assisted by Langup Meripa (HSE Coord.).
