In line with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy of SKSWOOD, the use of non-intrinsically safe equipment (such as electronic items, cameras, mobile phones, pagers,
GPS instruments, laptops) at all hydrocarbon locations, by own staff or contractors
employees, will be regulated as follows:
• No non-intrinsically safe equipment is to be taken to any hydrocarbon facility without a
prior written approval (could be e-mail) obtained from the location site supervisor.
• The use of this non-intrinsically safe equipment outside accommodation / office
modules must be covered by a Permit To Work (PTW).
• Signposts must be put at appropriate locations to remind all of these requirements.
Be reminded that you shall not start, and you are required to stop, any activity if
you believe it cannot be done safely, or it fails to meet our environmental and
health standards.
